All production and bottling happens in Jalisco, the birthplace of the real stuff. We work with Casa Maestri, a respected distillery known for blending traditional methods with premium quality.

It’s old cowboy slang for a cemetery: a little dark, poetic, and just the right amount of rebellion. The “orchard” also nods to our roots in Idaho’s Sunnyslope region. Life and death, sweet and strong — it fits.

We’ve got three expressions:
Blanco – Crisp and clean with bold agave
Reposado – Aged in oak for soft vanilla and spice
Añejo – Deep, rich, and meant to be sipped
Extra Añejo – Aging as we speak

Both. Our Blanco makes a killer base for bold cocktails, while the Reposado and Añejo are smooth enough to sip straight. But hey, we’re not here to tell you how to drink. Just don’t shoot the Añejo.
