Crafted With Intention. Distilled With Soul.
At Bone Orchard, we don’t take shortcuts and neither does our tequila.
Every bottle we produce starts with a decision: to honor the centuries-old process of traditional tequila-making while dialing in every step for exceptional quality and character. From the fields of Jalisco to the moment it hits your glass, Bone Orchard is built on integrity, patience, and an unapologetic love for craft.
100% Blue Agave,
Grown Where It Matters Most.
Bone Orchard Tequila is made exclusively from Blue Agave grown in Mexico’s Denomination of Origin (DOT) region, specifically, the highlands and lowlands around Tequila in Jalisco. The plants are left to mature for years before harvest, soaking up sun, soil, and soul until they’re ready to be transformed into something extraordinary.
No shortcuts. Just pure agave, harvested at its prime.
Cooked Slowly,
Crushed With Purpose.
After harvest, the piñas (agave hearts) are slow-cooked using traditional methods to coax out rich sugars and full flavor. Then, they’re crushed and pressed to extract the sweet agave juice, setting the fermentation stage.
Unlike industrial tequila brands that rush through this step, we let time and temperature do the work. The result? A deeper, rounder flavor that stays true to the heart of the agave.
Fermented and Distilled
at Casa Maestri.
Our fermentation process occurs at the award-winning Casa Maestri distillery, a name respected throughout Mexico for its craftsmanship and consistency. They use natural yeast and carefully controlled conditions to ferment the agave juice, allowing the flavor to develop without overpowering the agave’s signature profile.
Distillation happens in stills, where the spirit is refined not once but twice. This double distillation ensures clarity, balance, and a clean finish—everything you want in a premium tequila.
Barrel Aging
With Character.
Once distilled, Bone Orchard’s Reposado and Añejo tequilas are placed in carefully selected American oak barrels. These barrels, often previously used for bourbon, introduce smooth notes of vanilla, caramel, spice, and oak. Our Reposado rests for at least two months, and our Añejo ages for a year or more, deepening in complexity and color with every passing day.
We don’t rush this. We let the spirit speak for itself.
Bottled With the
Same Grit That Built It.
Once each expression reaches perfection, it’s bottled at the source, in Jalisco, and sent north to share its story with those who appreciate an adventurous spirit. Every bottle of Bone Orchard reflects craft, culture, and a little bit of mischief.
Because we believe great tequila doesn’t just happen. It’s earned — from the ground up.
